We offer transparent no-nonsense prices. All of our prices include free delivery to all UK Mainland and include free Technical Fees. If you are outside of our free delivery area we will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order at which point we can discuss delivery or collection options from our production sites.

We also deliver to the EU and the rest of the world. If you would like a quotation please contact us. 

Of course, before printing your cups, we always require approval from the free of charge visual provided.

Yes, we offer plain coffee cups as well as custom printed. Please get in touch for a quote, as these don’t need custom printing they can be turned around much quicker.

We can supply samples of all of our cups. Where possible we offer them free of charge but for high value items need to charge to cover the postage. Click here for further details.

Yes, our sister site Branded-cups.com supplies re-usable Pint, Half Pint, Wine Glasses and Tumblers for Festivals, Stadiums and Events. These are a great eco-alternative to disposable plastic cups and also drastically reduce cleaning up times and costs.

We can supply these cups printed with full colour and 1 colour designs.

Use the top shelf of your dishwasher, avoid areas of hard water. Please note Tannin from tea may stain the inside of the cups after multiple use. TIP : Use paste of baking soda or Lemon Juice to remove stains.

Each cup has different environmental credentials. As a business we ensure that we look at the whole lifecycle of a cup and consider its carbon foot print and the ability to re-cycle the cup. For more information on a particular item please get in touch.

Before first use and after each use, remove lid and wash with warm soapy water. Rinse and thoroughly dry. Do not use bleach or chlorine cleansers.

All our reusable cups can be recycled after their useful life, thus reducing the amount of single use plastic in the world. Whilst recycling plastic is a good thing the argument for and against its use is unclear. It often depends on the ability of local authorities and governments to recycle each material so check with your local authority before purchase. Where possible, please supply the artwork in vectored or layered editable versions such as PDF, AI or EPS files rather than a PNG or JPG which is flat. If you need help with this please get in touch and we will be pleased to assist.

We aim to deliver your cups within 5 to 15 working days following order confirmation. if you have a time sensitive order please notify our team at the time of ordering.

For bespoke reusable coffee cups the minimum order quantity is usually 50, for our takeaway items the minimum orders usually start at 1,000. The website pages should include this information but please contact us if you want have it clarified.

The following companies off a discount if you use a reusable coffee cup. Pret a Manger offers the most at 50p followed by Costa Coffee, Starbucks, Roadchef “Fresh Food Cafe” whom offer 25p. Greggs that offer 20p and Benugo whom offer 10p. Cafe Nero however reward you with Bonus Stamps. These prices were correct Dec 2018.
